I want to leave you with this, according to the information that I have, the RV should be over and we should be at the banks by Tuesday if not sooner. Nothing…(though the weekend is not over yet). I have received information from several sources that attempts to make the RV public have occurred and have been halted, with several different excuses being given. Today is Friday and their banks were open earlier exchanging to lower denoms, no USD can be used except for US bases. Things were in motion last night but they were stopped…it was serious to make sure it was taken care of and has been resolved. This time it was not the US that stopped it. This one thing held us up butÂ they set a new time table and I'm expecting it this weekend. Call centers & exchange centers are there. The rates changed again yesterday. They went up higher than discussed before. It was made better for you yesterday.

The northern region already borrowed 100 Billion to pay for wages and so on because the budget has not been passed. They seem to be on a mission now to get it done.

We told you yesterday about the long lines with the citizens that were shown on Iraqi TV. They said all banks were busy too transferring their money to the CBI. Now add this to the dehydration of currency in Iraq. There is no money in the country and this is important evidence that something is about to happen not only to the currency but to the rate of the IQD. Yes the evidence has been encouraging.
