4-12-2014  Newshound Guru Tlar  The CBI is ready to delete the zeros and introduce
the smalls as they have told us in December and again in January.  I
personally think they have the date picked.  We will get no more leads or heads up
because that can be disastrous to both the plan and their banking system…  We know
this is very serious business the closer they get and the CBI has to be very careful
about what they disclose to the public, leaning always now on hidding their true
intentions.   So again we wait to find the truth.

in the US now, we have multiple positive things going on right now — there is no

the lower denoms, Iraq/Kurds has to be off the terrorist list to go international.
IMO, this is one of the last things that need to be done before the release. I hope
this means all systems go AoP.]  IMO, Your post is spot on.   As we do not know the
date nor rate neither do we know the final check list that is also so illusive.
Indeed…This removal is significant…Even though it was unknown to us. IMO, This
is of value with the progress.

funds abroad between different banks"   The CBI is taking measures to protect its
money abroad by distributing its funds into a number of different banks…this comes
as a result of the US ceasing their protective measures for Iraqi funds on May 22,
2014.

see the federal council that is when we will see the reality rate  –  the reason is
this — the federal council — is what makes all of the laws in their country
internationally accepted.  [When is Fed Council supposed to implemented?]  it is
signed with the UN now…the ceremony was done today [Friday] — so it is done.

meeting with the US — World Bank- IMF and economic leaders from all over the
globe…they are saying that all results of how they are going to activate the
entire economic reform will be done within two days (couple) so we would think the
banking reforms, monetary policy, banking regulations…they didn't not specifically
say the rv but they would have to throw in reality value in there as well somewhere

4-12-2014  Newshound Guru Tlar   Strategically it is a smart move to get these notes
printed and distributed before they drop three zeros otherwise the currency is still
vulnerable.  Once they drop three zeros the value of these notes will soar
and…Iran would definitely switch to counterfeiting these notes because of value.
Its a must do for the CBI.  It goes along with the plan to delete three zeros and is
absolutely a necessary evil first step.  [post 2 of 2]

the 250, 500 and 1000 notes to circulate with the new smalls.  These are crossover
notes.  …the CBI has determined strategically that they must first print and
distribute the new uncounterfeitable notes (250-1000 while they still have no
value.  Its a very smart move.  They must do this before they introduce the new
smalls or at the very least these notes must be ready at the same time they
introduce the smalls.  If they brought out the smalls before they re-printed these
notes, Iran would be counterfeiting the old 250, 500 and the 1000 notes before the
week was up.  So the CBI is re-printing these notes to make sure that doesn't

soon-to-be "world financial reset"?]    I don't think so – any "GCR" that might
happen will be completely independent of Iraq's exchange rate.

4-12-2014  Intel Guru TNT Tony   …the DFI funds were released on Monday.  The DFI
were not to be released until after the RV.  You can’t get any plainer than
that…The bond sales did go through, the rate was $3.71;  how can you sell bonds
and ship cargo without an international currency? The bonds and the rates on their
cards are both $3.71, so how people can think it will be less than $2 is beyond me.
 I’m…excited and feeling really good about where we are.  This is about to be
over. Iraqi elections started today, and everybody we talked to wanted it done by
today.  The fact of the matter is that nobody is arguing, fussing or fighting.  It
could show up in the next three minutes, three hours or three days. We are all just
waiting.

The RV Release date is now in a sealed envelope that only China and the IMF know the exact release date. This was done to

United Nations has completed all items required for Iraq to become an Internationally Tradable Currency.  Iraq has also submitted all paperwork
required to become a full member of the World Trade Organization. EM’s are now positioned to circumvent the IMF reforms
and delays created by the United States if an agreement is not reached.  Devaluation of the USD is imminent, and
the Treasury Reserve Notes are now in place to be released thus eliminating the Fiat Federal Reserve Notes. The Bonds have all
been converted to the new TRN system and infrastructure to circumvent global corruption and criminal activity.

the reason we have not seen the RV or GCR, is because the USA refuses to sign off on the 2010 Code of Reforms. The IMF will
need to “work creatively around” the stalemate, and that they will need to come up with a solution this week, while their
meetings are taking place, so that everything can be released.  MS

YES, THE US BALKED AT SIGNING OFF ON THE IMF DOC, AND IS THE ONLY HOLDOUT IN THE WORLD. SO, THE
CHINESE AND OTHERS SIMPLY TOLD THE US THAT IF THEY DO NOT SIGN, THEY WILL MOVE FORWARD
ANYWAYS, AND THE RESET WILL HAPPEN REGARDLESS, AND THE USA WILL BE ON THE OUTSIDE. I THINK
