ELAU I just got this message regarding the rollout of the USN. Oct 2nd.
I am told the Treasury had another computer glitch when they pushed the button yesterday. Experts have been working since 3:00AM this morning to correct. It should be finished this evening and TRNs/USNs will be in the banks in the morning.

Omega Man FROM the Platform: there was another computer glitch in getting the TRN’s in the banks. Supposedly this is supposed to be fixed by tomorrow and then the RV and TRN’s will go live on Forex and the funds will be released in that order.

10-2-2014 Newshound Guru TD Comments to share from my Kurdish friend (As always
treat all as rumor)…all the PTB’s have all gone home till about October 15th and
nothing is on the agenda to get done till then which a full plate of things to do :
Get the other ministers seats filled, pass additional laws, etc. This is simply NOT
a full and functioning government YET.

10-2-2014 Intel Guru SteveI [The Budget, As I read it is still being formulated
and awaiting discussion and a possible vote? ] The final budget for 2014 has been
formulated (as of this post) and it on the desk of the president of parliament now
awaiting for him to call for the official vote. The Kurds and everyone has now
signed off on it and there will be no readings of the budget, but the final vote.

10-2-2014 Newshound Guru Breitling We’re watching to see if the CBI changes
their language and they have not…they still want to reduce the note count. Not only
that, but one of the debates was they they were going to take the currency that you
and I have with the 3 zeros on it and pretend that those 3 zeros are gone. Well
that debate is over with. They are actually printing new 10K note. The popular
note in Iraq is the 10K note. If they were going to reduce the note supply by
removing the 3 zeros or they were going to retire them they wouldn’t take the time
or the money and go through the trouble of reducing the note count that they
have.

2014)…Understand that raising the salaries and needing imports will be a slow

and reporters claims of such are not groundless…As ridiculous as calling a RV in

10-2-2014 Newshound Guru Adam Montana I’m not going to dismiss the seriousness
of ISIS, but I am going to discourage a “sky is falling” attitude…the pressure is
on everyone to join the fight and push ISIS back, and that’s happening. When you’re
watching the news, remember this – doom and gloom sells ad spots in the
media. Happiness and success is often ignored for that reason, and negative stories
get hyped beyond reality in order to generate those $$$’s. So, until the RV is
announced or a lop is announced… take it all with a grain of salt, be thankful for

now, the 2 remaining ministers (interior and defense) need to be named, 50/50 chance
that we’ll see it before the holiday; Kurds look happy and building trust and
confidence with Baghdad; finance committee, COM all asking why the 000 have not been
deleted; IMO, if we don’t see anything before the holiday, the second week of Oct
after they come back from holiday will be very interesting.

9-30-2014 Newshound Guru Lojak b Once that vote is concluded positively, a
whole chain of events will start. The Kurds will then show up in Parliament and
support Abadi for his choice of security ministers–because they have 60 votes,
which will put Abadi in the drivers seat on any vote he needs. And of course, Iraq
doesnt have 4.5 billion laying around, they will need to quickly Rv the currency to
pay not only the back salary, but they need to pay their own army, retirement
salary, blah blah. Abadi NEEDS the Kurds to get things done. [post 2 of 2]

9-30-2014 Newshound Guru Lojak …let me explain the goings on, so some on here
can be up to speed. There are two Kurds on the Council of Ministers (the cabinet)
that were voted on in Parliament –but actually have not been sworn in and havent
participated in the cabinet activities as of yet. The kurds want their money, as
least a written assurance they will have it soon–then they will participate in the
cabinet. The articles yesterday suggesting that they had the support to get a large
chunk of money ( some say 4.5 billion) in back salary were the start to what we
need. One assumes based on the one MP from Kurdistan that Abadi has the support to
get this done in the Cabinet meeting today. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

9-30-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 [via BulldogFord65] the budget is in the house and
IMO, they still need to read it, and may take a couple of weeks to pass the
budget, however we have seen oil tankers leave so perhaps they are already operating
under the budget but it is not yet visible; perhaps in the next couple of weeks we
will see more of the budget; there may be a domino effect set off by the budget;
many items depend on what is it…it’s very possible that the budget does not
contain the program rate, which would explain why it’s being guarded so closely. MR
[Monetary Reform] is moving forward. IMO, we may see the seated GOI soon. 10/1 is
“super hot, brilliant hot” for seeing the GOI emerge and possibly begin to reveal
some of the budget through 10/10; if the budget is not revealed by 10/10, we look to
19th – 20th all of 2014; these dates are time frame studies to watch the GOI,
budget, laws, MR.

the Kurd ministers and as of now, Kurds request that Shaways to be moved from
Finance Minister to Deputy PM and Zabari from Deputy PM to FM… such action takes a
Parliament hearing…Abadi an Jabouri are discussing a special Parliament session
which would seat the security ministers before Eid…And then the discussion if a
quorum could be reached…Those expecting a RV this week will be disappointed once
again…But 10/7 to 10/9 is a window to keep an eye on.
