Rick..Tony's intel is so different. He says the rates are just as
outrageous as they were before. He said the exchange people have been
disbursed and call centers are on standby for 12 hour shifts. Law
enforcement is in place and he is saying that Friday could be the last
day. 13 is my Lucky Number so maybe this is the day.
He said the dealers may not be able to compete with the contract
rate that the banks will get at first. They will be able to with the
market rate. He said the $3.44 rate will match up after the contract
rate goes away. Are government wants us to exchange right away so they
can get the oil credits.
Tony mentioned the same as a caller that called in to the
conference call that on TV in Iraq the citizens were told they can no
longer use U.S. dollars. So, that is a positive sign.
He thinks
we should cash out right away and that it will fall from high contract
rate to market rate of around $4 and the Dong somewhere below that.
WangDang says the Dong will not happen for 5 years or so. Very different sources of information.
Someone
called in and asked about a (((Holding Account))) that the bank can set
up to hold your exchanged currency until you have your legal structures
set-up. This is very interesting and Tony said to contact the banks to
find out about that prior to going there to avoid confusion.
Rick…this is something you should mention to Kevin to see what he can
find out as requested by you. Maybe he can contact a large Miami branch
to see if that is true. Let me know.
He is still saying that they expect to have everyone invested to exchange their currency within 5 to 7 days.
Tony got a text message from Iraq while speaking to a caller that had
called in for the Q and A that Iraq TV announced the official
announcement that Iraq has gone International. (((RV)))
Tony will be called and given the 800 numbers for the Top 5
banks. Then he and his team will call each bank to check their rates
and then post it on his site. His site will not be up long. Maybe 24
hours…maybe 2 days.
Tony said he just got a video of RV occurring in Iraq.
Was
Evelyn able to make any contact with attorneys to see if they can do
the preliminary work? I work in a private home with no reception in the
house to make calls with my cell phone.
Of course, if this has happened I need to prepare to quit.
Tony is getting text on his phone that banks are preparing now. This weekend will begin the currency exchange.
12-13-2013 Intel Guru BWM in regards to the global reset…my thoughts on that: My expectations would be that a reset would occur after the revaluation of the dinar anyway…strictly because only after the currency revalues only then can the countries have the value in their budgets to be able to reset their own individual economic debts. At that time you could look at countries looking to “reset” debts to other countries based on other agreements or resolutions that may have been made…

They are complying with the WTO requirements and merchants are confirming that the RV is being announced in Iraq as international…the RV is being announced on Iraqi TV. The rates have not changed. 12-13-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony [via FlPatriot59] About 2PM yesterday things got started, finalized, and we could’ve had the RV anytime and it literally it could go at any moment. The only thing different about today – everybody is in place and they have doubled the normal crews and they’ll be working 12-hour shifts Saturday and Sunday, security is at the highest level. 12-13-2013 Intel Guru TD NOW THE OBVIOUS QUESTION IS THIS – Why would they reveal their hand so definitely to the world with this statement? The wording "REMOVE THE ZEROS FROM THE IRAQI CURRENCY" translates to LOP . In conjunction there will be a rate adjustment providing it's citizens some increased purchasing power but NOT INSTANT WEALTH ! This ride will indeed be over in just a few weeks. [post 3 of 3]

Let's not also forget that Turki was M's hand picked choice. The decision to Implement is the hope of integration of monetary mechanisms throughout the economy to take foothold favorably in due time to achieve results and re elections in Spring. Last night my Amigo in Iraq told me of the details of this statement coming out. Although you've seen almost daily the currency project football being bounced around , pros & cons, the DECISION has been made by the GOI to proceed. SOON translates to I'm told now January. 12-13-2013 Intel Guru BWM BUT there is a second event that would benefit from the RV that will also need to have a “trigger” effect. So, with all that confusion laid out… again, I think sometime around the end of the year at the earliest into next year to perhaps the end of the first quarter… that’s a big window I know but honestly I just don’t think you can put the expectations on it at this time from what I have been told. 12-13-2013 Intel Guru BWM I have openly stated that my contact had expectations since September that something wouldn’t happen until the middle of December…he has since eluded that that date was actually this week…he doesn’t think the event that needs to happen will occur because they want to create a double dip situation for revenue for the U.S. With that said it could happen at any time shortly after that given the circumstances surrounding what they are apparently trying to accomplish. What do you think the mindset would STILL be for the GOI/CBI to, perhaps, further delay a RV?] I don't believe that is going to be the case at all – Iraq as a whole would benefit greatly, both financially and emotionally, from a return to their former prosperity.

[millionday] here is the report – The International Monetary Fund (IMF) will focus in the months ahead on assisting its member countries to move from stabilization to growth, IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde stated in the IMF’s bi-annual work program.
The program was considered by the IMF’s Executive Board on November 25, 2013 and builds on the October 2013 IMFC Communiqué and Global Policy Agenda (GPA), which identified a range of actions needed to break the cycle of subdued growth and recurrent market jitters that has characterized the global recovery to date.

Explained the body, through a statement received "morning," a copy of it, that "the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the UN with the participation of France chose to Iraq to head the working group to protect the investment in the Mediterranean region, belonging to the investment program in the Middle East and North Africa."
