They are now showing interviews of people in streets talking about todays announcement and how proud the Iraqi people are today. This is scrolling at bottom of screen while a movie plays. People have been celebrating all day, practically partying in the streets, and spending lots of money! We have got to be close to having our turn. This is very public! 12-15-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony I gave you guys the latest info on bank security last night(they report in at 4pm est). I also wanted you to know that call center/exchange personnel are to report in at 5-6pm est. So I don't foresee anything happening or being announced until after this time. I also wanted to share with you the most exciting news to date and for this weekend. On Iraq tv today they are announcing that Iraq is now an official member of international world bank. They are showing interviews with the Finance Minister saying how this shows how strong iraq financial growth is and will continue to grow and be the strongest in the region. 12-15-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar The funds will first be paid to the DFI fund and then be distributed by the UN based on the % agreed to in the contract. Kurdistan and Bagdad will each receive their share directly from the UN. And yes this should be a basic foundation to the HCL based on those percentages. About a week ago the oil ministry paid the companies producing in Kurdistan back bills removing another stumbling block to the HCL. I believe Kurdistan will finally agree to the 13% overall and we will shortly see the HC passed. [post 2 of 2]
12-15-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar Article: "Kurdistan Region starts pumping oil to Turkey" they are pumping oil through the bagdad pipeline with permission from the oil ministry. It is being metered on both ends in Kurdistan when it enters, and Turkey when it is removed, through an agreement between Bagdad, Turkey and Kurdistan that was negotiated by the US/UN. This came about as a result of the meeting Turkey had with the US. The UN will handle the money and split it based on the agreement. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

12-15-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony I thought with all of the info we had yesterday and the timeline that we received there is no way we could wake up [Saturday] without an RV. I really want to tell you the reason they are saying the activation was delayed last night, but I’m not sure I believe it myself. Even if I did, it is still so much BS that you probably don’t want to hear it anyway. It doesn’t matter anyway, because now they are saying when the problem is solved, they will activate the RV. 12-15-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat We all should be very happy and dancing for joy based on the latest announcements made in the mosques and on Iraq TV from their news agencies. I have been saying…that the announcement to move international on the Iraq dinar currency would come first from the country of Iraq. …the second piece to this puzzle (or process) is for the CBI to bring up their new site with the new rate first and then at just about the same time or a few days afterwards the revaluation will be announced to the world and the rates activated in the exchanges and banks. …we now await for the formal announcement from the CBI…

Maninc56: Can't Confirm but Travelex news….Got a call from a friend I turned on to the "RV"… he was skeptic all the way but after 4 months he got on board with some Dong. He told his friend in Texas and the person jumped in just as soon as he heard about the RV.
He had missed the Kuwait revalue and swore it would not happen again. He gets his Dong from Travelex in Dallas and struck up a friendly acquaintance with counter person there.
He is a Pastor and so is she and as they spoke he found our she has a LOT OF DONG. Any way he when to buy more on Friday and later she called him and said "Look for it late SUNDAY"

12-14-2013 Intel Guru ScottiG I do ask the logical question that if the IQD is supposed to change in value two weeks prior to WTO reinstatement then why are we being told the Qui cards will be activated internationally on the 1st? …until I hear the confirmation from the Banker, we do not have an RV. 12-14-2013 Intel Guru ScottiG This was based upon so called requirements of having an active currency in the marketplace prior to WTO reinstatement. I had heard a rumor of the possibility of a window that the currency must RV in prior to this reinstatement. Quite honestly, I could not verify if this was an actual requirement or not. However, when I was also informed that the CBI had advised that the Qui cards would be accepted internationally by January 1, well this seemed to line up to some degree with the earlier information. 12-14-2013 Intel Guru ScottiG …two weeks ago, one of my sources was attending a meeting in Iraq where he heard the director of the WTO state that Iraq was 99% compliant with expectations/obligations placed upon them. It would seem logical to think that all that remained to complete was the change in value of the IQD. I received word Tuesday night about a meeting with leaders of WTO, IMF and World Bank wherethe expectation was that Iraq would change value of the IQD this weekend. [post 1 of 3....stay tuned]

12-14-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru Eagle1 We are hearing a lot of noise out of Iraq concerning their having RV’d the Dinar. I don’t have a confirmation on that yet despite several phone calls from various individuals. What I do believe, however, based on some very strong and heavily supported intel, is that we will see an official release (if not a formal announcement) on Sunday of the Global Currency Reset.

Saturday Evening Update 12/14/13
Good evening TNT…….I told you guys on the last call that I would not do a blast here or in the chat room, just to be saying something. I have to wait until I get info from several sources and then I have to verify it and see if it makes sense to me before I can share it with you.
The first thing I want you to know is that I woke up this morning disappointed just like you did. I thought with all of the info we had yesterday and the timeline that we received there is no way we could wake up without an RV.
After my initial disappointment my first thought was…….this is one hell of a rollercoaster.
It would have been ok, if I could have just gotten off then, but it continued all day.
